Healthy Lifestyles is an individual focus that can be one-on-one, group exercise and/or group educational classes. Our goal is to educate individuals on how to take control of their health through knowledge and application of this information. Highly educated and respected Certified Athletic Trainers and Health/Wellness Coaches are available to the interested and engaged client. Our coaches and trainers provide support for the individual wherever they are on their wellness journey as they establish and reach important health, wellness and fitness goals.
CM Conditioning Clinic is well known in the physically fit community for making stronger individuals through testing, program development, injury recovery and performance evaluation. We work with clients of all physical ability levels: top collegiate athletes, minor league baseball players, Ironman triathlon athletes, runners, golfers, cyclists, and individuals who want to get a little healthier, run their first 5K, hike their first mountain, or do their first physically demanding event.
CM Conditioning Clinic knows that a scale is not an accurate assessment of health. Our focus is on the person as a whole. This includes our Bridge to Primary Care services and our HealthFirst medical model that both assist individuals on their health journey both inside and outside of the traditional medical model.
Through our relationship with Central Maine Community College, we staff the Mustang Fitness Center at the college with Certified Personal Trainers, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Athletic Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors. We have various classes to match your needs and interests including but not limited to Boot Camp, Zumba, Piloxing, Martial Arts Fitness and Conditioning Inside and Out.
